Carmen Simonet, PLA, ASLA

Carmen is a landscape architect with a passion for designing with nature. She has over 30 years of experience providing landscape planning and site design services for commercial developments, public parks, and private gardens. In 2003 she established Carmen Simonet Design LLC and along with landscape design she began offering interpretive sign design services.

Carmen enjoys working collaboratively with clients to make landscapes that are functional and engaging. Clients value her technical expertise, her native plant knowledge, as well as her ability to communicate and to manage projects.

Located in Saint Paul, Minnesota, she holds a BLA and MS in landscape architecture from the University of Minnesota. She is a mentor of students at the College of Design, a past president of the American Society of Landscape Architects MN chapter, and a speaker and educator on creating biodiverse landscapes.
